About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Retail Sales Manager to join our team at Boardriders. As a key member of our retail operations, you will be responsible for driving sales results and leading a high-performing team of up to 30.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve business objectives
  • Lead and coach a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
  • Monitor and analyze sales reports to identify trends and areas for improvement
  • Manage stock levels and inventory to ensure optimal sales and customer satisfaction
  • Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team

Requirements

  • Proven track record in retail sales management with a focus on customer service and sales growth
  • Strong leadership and coaching skills to develop and motivate a high-performing team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers, colleagues, and stakeholders
  • Ability to analyze sales data and make informed business decisions
  • Passion for the surf lifestyle and commitment to delivering an exceptional customer experience
