Behaviour Support Team Leader

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Behaviour Support Team Leader to join our team.

  • Skillfully support and mentor a small team of Behaviour Support Practitioners (BSPs) to ensure a quality service is delivered to NDIS participants in accordance with their individual plans.
  • Guiding and coaching BSPs, reviewing positive behaviour support plans, encouraging a team-oriented approach to evaluation of service delivery and monitoring your teams' goals and objectives throughout the year.
  • Work closely with the team to meet output targets whilst ensuring best practice and excellent stakeholder relationships.

You will be responsible for developing partnerships with service providers, community agencies and government bodies to achieve the best outcomes for our participants.

The successful candidate will have completed a degree qualification in Psychology, Social Work, Counselling or similar and have experience mentoring BSPs or leadership/management experience in the human services sector including disability, health, family support or another similar service area.

You will bring strong administration and computer skills, experienced in MS Office Word, Excel and Outlook. It is essential that you have a right to work in Australia, hold a current Blue Card and NDIS Worker's Screening Check, or be willing to gain these clearances if successful.
