Garment Fitment Specialist

We're seeking an experienced professional to fill a crucial role in ensuring the perfect fit of made-to-measure safety garments and specialized textile equipment for clients.

The ideal candidate has a keen eye for detail, can follow a practical process, and takes pride in precision work that makes a real difference.

Flexibility and availability are key requirements due to the need for travel to sites around Australia for days at a time.

Session-based working arrangements (part-time or full-time) are available nationwide.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with the fitting of garments, armour, and load carriage systems on customers to identify and implement necessary alterations.
  • Measure and mark garments for alterations; record fitting notes and communicate clearly with production teams.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Professional communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to accurately assess correct fit with training.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Potential experience in garment fitting, measuring, and ideally alterations.
  • Ideal experience in industrial sewing and/or familiarity with textile production.
