We're seeking an experienced ServiceNow Solution Designer to join our team at Fujitsu. As a Senior Consultant, you will play a crucial role in delivering cutting-edge ServiceNow solutions that meet and exceed our clients' expectations.

About the Role:

  • Design and implement innovative ServiceNow solutions that drive business value and improve operational efficiency.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand client requirements and develop tailored solutions.
  • Collaborate with senior stakeholders to define solution architectures and ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Pursue additional certifications within various ServiceNow product lines to enhance your skills and expertise.

About You:

  • You have a minimum of 4+ years of experience in ServiceNow design and development in a client-facing role environment.
  • You possess hands-on experience with ServiceNow beyond ITSM into ITOM, Project Portfolio Management, HR Management, and Field Service Management.
  • You have strong business acumen, problem-solving ability, and excellent communication skills.
  • You are proficient in scripting languages such as JavaScript, CSS, HTML, Angular, and REST API integration.
  • You hold ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) in ITSM.
