About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Audio-Visual Production Specialist to join our team at the University of New South Wales. As a key member of our Venues & Events team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional audio-visual services to internal and external clients across a variety of venues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support event production and technical requirements for a broad range of events, including concerts, conferences, eisteddfods, and gala dinners.
  • Operate audio, vision, and lighting equipment for live events.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with the audio-visual team to coordinate and deliver AV services for meetings and events.
  • Work with a range of AV equipment and software, including TriCaster, BlackMagic, Allen & Heath, Sony, and Panasonic.
Requirements
  • Minimum 2 years' experience working within the audio-visual industry.
  • Experience operating audio, vision, and lighting equipment for live events.
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with colleagues.
  • Knowledge of AV equipment and software, including NDI and Dante technologies.
