We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Hotel Operations Manager to join our team.

The successful candidate will have experience in managing the day-to-day operations of a hotel, including supervising staff, maintaining high standards of customer service, and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

You will be responsible for leading a dynamic team of hospitality professionals, working closely with the hotel manager and owners to achieve business objectives.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who enjoys interacting with customers, has strong communication skills, and is able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing the front-of-house and back-of-house operations
  • Supervising staff and providing guidance and support as needed
  • Maintaining high standards of customer service and resolving any customer complaints or issues
  • Ensuring compliance with licensing, council, and liquor laws and regulations
  • Coordinating events and functions, such as live music and entertainment

  • A salary range of $65,000 - $70,000 per year
  • A rotating roster that offers flexibility and work-life balance
  • Relocation assistance for candidates who are willing to relocate to Parramatta, NSW 2150

Requirements include:

  • Minimum 1 year of experience as a Duty Manager in a pub environment with gaming and bar experience
  • Experience working in a venue with live music would be an advantage but not essential
  • A passion for hospitality and customer service
  • A hands-on approach to management with strong communication skills
  • Hard working with excellent customer service skills
  • Team player and able to communicate
  • Strong cash handling and back-of-house procedures
  • Sound regulatory understanding and the ability to engage with licensing, council and Liquor & Gaming
  • Current NSW RSA & RCG
