We are seeking an experienced individual to manage our Sydney territory sales and establish new service and product accounts. As a key representative of the organization, you will maintain customer connections, meet their garage door needs, and ensure exceptional customer service across all departments.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the leader of the sales process to guarantee customer satisfaction
  • Respond to prospect inquiries and provide estimates for services, remodels, and installations
  • Verify required materials for residential orders and promote additional features as needed
  • Represent the company to potential and existing customers and create accurate sales proposals
  • Maintain seamless transitions with installation managers and installers, and follow up on sales quotes and leads
  • Keep customer information updated in the CRM system

Requirements:

  • Valid driver's license
  • High school or equivalent education
  • At least two years of sales experience
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Reliable and self-motivated with excellent time management skills
  • Superior written, verbal, and interpersonal skills
