Commercial Contract Manager for Railway Projects

About the Opportunity:
">We are seeking a skilled Commercial Contract Manager to join our team in Bellevue, WA. As a key member of the project team, you will be responsible for leading contract management and risk mitigation strategies for the Metronet project.
">Your Key Responsibilities:

- Apply contract management principles to develop and implement proactive strategies.">
- Collaborate with the project team to prepare the Contract Management Strategy Plan.">
- Analyse contracts to drive the implementation of contract management strategy plans.">
- Maintain compliance with contract obligations and track project schedules to meet contractual milestones.">
- Issue contractual notices to customers and partners in a timely manner.">
- Establish commercial procedures for correspondence, notifications, insurance, variation requests/orders, and claims preparation.">
- Monitor and manage correspondence with customers and partners.">
- Develop project-specific processes for contract/claim management.">
- Anticipate events and risks associated with contract management activities and propose solutions.">
- Protect Alstom's interests by developing a pragmatic commercial approach based on contractual analysis.">
About You:
">- ">
- Tertiary degree in Law, Engineering, or Quantity Surveying.">
- Extensive experience in contract and claims management in railway, infrastructure, or construction projects.">
- Ability to anticipate and manage conflicting priorities.">
- Strong knowledge of contract management and project management tools.">
- Capability to be operationally effective and accountable.">
