About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to lead the delivery of projects, providing technical guidance to mid-level and junior staff. You'll be responsible for overseeing the effective planning and execution of complex projects, including PFAS investigations and remediation. Your expertise will be essential in developing others to build skills in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the delivery of projects, providing technical guidance and direction to team members.
- Oversee the effective planning and execution of complex projects, including PFAS investigations and remediation.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve project outcomes and client satisfaction.
- Provide mentoring and training to junior staff to build their skills and knowledge in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Collaborate with other sections to deliver successful project outcomes for clients.
- Tertiary qualification in Environmental Science, Geology, or Hydrogeology.
- Extensive work experience in consulting, particularly in contaminated land assessment and remediation.
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects on time and within budget.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and videoconferencing software.
- Current Defence Baseline Clearance and Australian Citizenship.
