Job Title: Motor Claims Officer - Full Time Opportunity

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced and customer-focused Motor Claims Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing motor claims in line with set procedures and policies.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage motor claims using appropriate external and internal specialists to achieve settlement outcomes efficiently and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional operational and customer service experience for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills with a highly empathetic approach.
  • Enhance and develop technical expertise with guidance and participate in professional development and training where required.

About You

  • To be successful in this role, you will have previous experience in motor or general insurance claims.
  • You will have a passion for making a difference and helping people in their time of need.
  • You will be able to work collaboratively as part of a team to achieve business objectives.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships.
Requirements
  • Strong knowledge of insurance principles and practices.
  • Ability to handle multiple and competing tasks to meet customer needs.
  • Excellent organisational skills with the ability to critically assess and analyse tasks.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
