Job Overview

The Operations Supervisor leads a team of operators to deliver product supply and haulage services to clients in the Northern Goldfields.

Key Responsibilities
  • Leading and supervising a team of operators.
  • Allocating staff with required skills for designated tasks.
  • Providing on-the-job observations, coaching, and advice to employees for safety development.
  • Ensuring the workforce is fit for work to meet client needs.
  • Vehicle and driver compliance with HSE, Client, and Qube policies.
Essential Requirements
  • A valid Cert IV in Frontline Management or equivalent qualification.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in the mining industry in a similar role.
  • A current valid Motor Vehicle Driver's License.
  • Extensive experience in supervising a large industrial workforce.
  • Registered Mine Site operations and DMIRS experience are advantageous.
  • A current National Police Clearance.
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical.
