Product Leader

We are seeking a skilled Product Leader to join our team and drive the direction of our product.

The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the development of new features, prioritizing tasks, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results.

You will work closely with designers, engineers, and other stakeholders to understand customer needs and develop solutions that meet their expectations.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and maintaining a deep understanding of customer needs and market trends
  • Leading the product roadmap and prioritizing features based on business goals and customer feedback
  • Collaborating with design and engineering teams to develop and implement new features
  • Working closely with sales, customer success, and other teams to ensure seamless product delivery

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • 5+ years of experience in product leadership or related field
  • A portfolio that showcases your ability to drive product innovation and growth
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Experience working with Agile methodologies and tools such as Jira
  • Basic knowledge of full-stack software engineering (Front-end, Back-end, DevOps)
