Marketing and Communications Support

This is a unique opportunity to work with our business in a key marketing role, supporting all aspects of marketing communications and branding.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing social media platforms, creating engaging content, coordinating events, and producing marketing collateral to promote our brand identity.

This hands-on role requires strong organisational skills, creativity, and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will have a tertiary qualification in Marketing & Communications, with experience in social media management and content creation.

  • Manage and create content for company social media platforms (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram, YouTube).
  • Maintain and update the company website, ensuring content is current and aligned with brand messaging.
  • Assist with the creation of branded materials including brochures, signage, merchandise, and presentations.
  • Coordinate and support internal and external events such as staff functions, client tours, and industry events.
  • Assist with award submissions, and promotional documents in collaboration with internal stakeholders.
  • Support graphic design needs using Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all marketing and communication channels.

About You

To be considered for this role, you should possess:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar marketing/communications role.
  • Tertiary qualification (Cert IV or higher) in Marketing & Communications.
  • Strong skills in Microsoft Office and Adobe Creative Suite.
  • Proven experience in social media management and content creation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • A proactive, can-do attitude and strong alignment with our values.

  • National Police Clearance (or willing to obtain).
  • Current driver's licence and access to a reliable vehicle.
