Job Title: Trade Support Executive

Join Royal Caribbean Group as a Trade Support Executive and play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trade support functions. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our internal and external customers, while also driving process improvements and efficiencies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert support to trade partners and sales teams, ensuring maximum effectiveness and efficiency in our trade operations.
  • Develop and implement process improvements to enhance customer experience and drive business growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless communication and alignment of processes.
  • Manage and maintain accurate records and data, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Identify and address any discrepancies in our booking process, recommending changes or reviews as necessary.
Requirements:
  • 3+ years of experience in the travel industry, preferably in a trade support or operations role.
  • Strong customer service ethic and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use own initiative.
  • Ability to travel occasionally and work flexible hours when required.
