Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Financial Management Specialist to join our team in Melbourne. As a key member of our Finance function, you will be responsible for ensuring financial accuracy and supporting business continuity across the APAC region.

Main Responsibilities
  • Accounts Payable and Receivable
    • Process invoices and maintain supplier database for the APAC region.
    • Reconcile supplier statements and liaise with stakeholders on approvals and coding.
    • Manage supplier queries and maintain the AP inbox.
  • Financial Reporting
    • Support the Senior Financial Accountant with journals and reconciliations (e.g., prepayments, bank reconciliations, depreciation, accruals).
    • Assist with end-of-month and year-end processes.
  • Continuous Improvement
    • Identify inefficiencies in order processing and logistics, recommending solutions to improve supply chain and customer service.
  • Digital Transformation
    • Support the roll-out of Oracle Fusion ERP.
    • Experience in Payables, Receivables, and Cash Management modules highly regarded.
About You
  • Proven experience in AP/AR, customer rebates and claims.
  • Strong ERP experience.
  • Background in FMCG or with major retailers highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and organisational skills.
