Customer Service Representative Opportunity

The Customer Service Representative role is pivotal in delivering outstanding customer service over the phone to both new and existing customers. This involves addressing customer queries around housing and tenancy issues, triaging customers based on their concerns, utilizing problem-solving skills, and responding in a timely and efficient manner.

To succeed in this position, you will have a genuine passion for supporting vulnerable people in our community. You will require previous experience working in a contact centre, with exceptional communication and problem-solving skills, and relevant experience in working effectively with a diverse customer group.

This is a fixed-term, full-time position offering a competitive salary plus superannuation, salary packaging, and other benefits. Our organization provides extensive training and a supportive team culture.

  • Previous experience working in a contact centre
