Key Responsibilities
  • Routing telephone calls to relevant personnel
  • Issuing and receiving standard forms
  • Conveying internal information, welcoming visitors and handling reception duties
  • Maintaining computerized records
  • Utilizing fundamental Accounting systems
  • Filing, recording, matching, checking and batching of documents, invoices, orders etc.
  • Handling, recording and distributing electronic and paper mail
  • Performing basic stock control functions, ensuring adequate supplies of stationery, standard printed forms, tea room amenities etc. within established parameters
  • Operating a range of equipment including calculators, photocopiers, computerized/telephone equipment and telephone answering machines
  • Using keyboard-operated equipment such as computers and attached printers
