• Conduct Audits: Perform regular audits and inspections to prevent errors and ensure the accuracy of financial records. Implement proactive measures to ensure continuous, efficient operation.
• Enhance Financial Performance: Adjust and fine-tune financial strategies to optimise performance and efficiency, meeting both operational goals and regulatory requirements.
• Client Interaction: Provide exceptional service and support to clients, addressing their financial concerns and ensuring their satisfaction with the solutions provided.
• Compliance and Regulation: Adhere to all regulatory protocols and industry standards, ensuring compliance and a secure working environment. Stay current with the latest regulatory practices and standards.

Requirements:

• CA Qualified.
• Big 4 or top-tier corporate experience in their early career.
• Moving into a finance role within one of the leading banks and insurance firms.
• Proven progression is shown through their career to date.
• Someone who has a niche skill set:
• Technical Accounting.
• Hedge Accounting.
• Not a regular general FP&A professional.
• Ideally, candidates who already have PR.
