Content Manager Job

The Actuaries Institute seeks a highly skilled professional to oversee its online blog, Actuaries Digital. The successful candidate will develop and implement a content strategy that delivers high-quality articles with a balanced readership.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee the online blog's content, look, and feel to ensure it represents the reputation and goals of the organisation.
  • Develop a content strategy that delivers well-written articles with high and balanced readership.
  • Maintain professional standards of copy editing, layout, and proofing of articles.
  • Review and sign-off weekly Digest eDMs to ensure content meets Institute standards.
  • Provide monthly metrics on articles and Digest performance, identifying areas for improvement and best practices.
  • Ensure external communications for campaigns, practice committees, and weekly emails are best practice and aligned with Institute strategy and brand.
  • Collaborate with the Marketing team to drive growth across social media channels through content creation and maintenance.
  • Engage with internal and external stakeholders at all levels.
Requirements:
  • Tertiary qualifications in journalism, communication, or a related field.
  • Able to work collaboratively in a small team environment.
