Job Description

As a Lead Gymnastics Program Coach at Belgravia Leisure, you will be responsible for developing and implementing gymnastics programs for children of various age groups in a safe and fun environment.

The ideal candidate must have a strong passion for coaching and a proven track record of adapting lesson plans to suit different learning styles. A minimum of 1 year of experience coaching children is required, with Kindergym experience being highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement gymnastics programs that cater to the needs of children aged 1-12 years
  • Coach a variety of gymnastics programs, including group and individual lessons
  • Maintain a safe and positive learning environment, adhering to all relevant safety standards
  • Communicate effectively with participants, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless delivery of programs
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Physical Education, Sports Science, or related field
  • Advanced Coaching accreditation in Gymnastics (GFA/Advanced)
  • Prior experience coaching children aged 1+ years (Kindergym) preferred
  • Current First Aid and CPR certification
  • Working with Children Check and National Police Check
What We Offer:

We offer a competitive salary range of $55,000 - $65,000 per annum, depending on experience. Our state-of-the-art facility features brand new equipment and excellent amenities, providing an ideal environment for coaches to deliver high-quality programs.
