The Role:
  • Communicate effectively with colleagues and management to resolve issues and improve the overall quality of service.
  • Assist in opening and closing procedures according to guidelines to ensure seamless operations.
  • Build rapport with customers by learning their names, favourite drinks and food items to provide a personalized experience.
  • Anticipate and understand customer needs to exceed their expectations.
  • Prepare and serve high-quality coffee and beverages to guests in a timely manner.
  • Collaborate with the team to achieve business objectives as set out by management.

  • Previous experience in a similar role is highly desirable.
  • Strong focus on delivering exceptional customer service.
  • Professional, upbeat and friendly demeanor.
  • Attention to detail and ability to multitask.
