We are seeking a highly motivated and professional individual to provide administrative support to our office and sales team, ensuring effective day-to-day operation and high customer service standards.
Key Responsibilities:
• Perform all levels of administrative duties, including filing, typing, data entry, and phone answering
• Support the sales team with contracts, proposals, quotes, and client liaison
• Proactively contact clients for contract renewals and cancellations
• Manage client complaints and assist with accounts payable and invoicing
• Assist the Branch Manager and sales teams with credit card reconciliations and expense claims
Requirements:
• Experience in administrative roles supporting sales people
• Strong computer literacy skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivation
