Job Title: Infrastructure Attorney

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Infrastructure Attorney to join our team.

About the Role:
  • Advise developer clients and large asset owners on project advice
  • Prepare consultancy agreements, project term sheets, letters of intent, early works agreements, ECI and EPC contracts, tender contract documentation, and ancillary agreements
  • Prepare, review, and negotiate civil and building construction contracts for commercial, retail, industrial, and institutional property development, as well as civil and mining works and infrastructure
  • Advise contractors and subcontractors on tender submissions and construction contract negotiations
  • Advise clients on infrastructure planning, funding, and agreements, ensuring alignment with planning legislation
  • Assist our litigation team in tribunals involving issues such as security and retention, variation, and contract payment claims, and defects
Requirements:
  • Must have 2-5 years' experience in a similar role
  • Excellent knowledge and understanding of construction obligations supporting major development projects
  • Expertise in drafting and negotiating various construction and infrastructure agreements
  • Outstanding attention to detail with the ability to produce high-quality work consistently
  • Excellent client service orientation with a desire to build strong client relationships
  • Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills
