We are looking for a Warehouse Logistics Expert to join our team at Sephora in our Pitt Street Mall store.

About the Opportunity:

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to play a key role in ensuring accurate and appropriate levels of stock are maintained to meet customer demand. As the Warehouse Logistics Expert, you will be responsible for processing and replenishing stock, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving scheduled cycle counts to identify and adjust stock levels to meet customer demand.
  • Utilizing data and reports to support operational duties and reduce shrinkage loss.
  • Monitoring and investigating negative stock levels and working with the store team to resolve issues.
  • Implementing a continuous improvement mentality through coaching and collaboration with the Senior Management team, Supply Chain, and Planning team.
  • Serving as the point of contact for distribution and organization of stock levels.
  • Training and educating the wider team on shrinkage and back-of-house policies and procedures.
  • Processing and replenishing stock, managing returns, and liaising with external stakeholders.

Requirements:

  • Prior retail stock management experience, particularly in areas of cycle counts, product launches, visual merchandising, people management, and sales forecasting.
  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, including SharePoint and SAP (desirable), to interpret and input data for daily reporting.
  • Able to work a 38hr rotating roster to support store needs and possess a suitable level of physical fitness for lifting and shifting boxes up to 15kg.
  • A drive for results, history of exceeding sales targets and KPIs, and passion for excellent client service and experiential retail.
