Job Description

Cafe operations are led by the Cafe Manager, who supervises and trains staff to ensure exceptional customer service and smooth daily functions. The role demands strong leadership, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:
  1. Supervise, train, and support cafe staff to ensure efficient operations and peak performance.
  2. Implement and maintain systems and procedures for smooth functioning.
  3. Manage tills with accuracy and achieve operational targets.
  4. Lead by example to inspire and motivate a positive and productive work environment.
  5. Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any issues promptly.
  6. Ensure adherence to Occupational Health and Safety standards.
  7. Effectively manage stock control and inventory levels.
