Requirements and Qualifications

  • Tier 2 Quarry Manager Practicing Certificate (essential)
  • Ability to drive continuous improvement in quarry operations
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in transformational change
  • Negotiation and influencing skills for internal and external stakeholders
  • Commitment to risk management and Zero Harm
  • Team player with ability to multitask under pressure
  • Positive presence building relationships with key stakeholders
  • High resilience and adaptability to changing situations
