Logistics Support Specialist

A Logistics Support Specialist is responsible for undertaking Integrated Logistics Support activities to drive system modernisation and deliver operational excellence.

  • Support logistics analysis, development, implementation, and analysis tasks to optimise maintenance strategies and sparing requirements.
  • Conduct logistics support analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and implement efficient solutions.
  • Lead a dedicated team, develop training programs, and create technical documentation supporting legacy system transition.
  • Coordinate stakeholder relationships with military personnel and industry partners to ensure seamless collaboration.
  • Drive continuous improvement in logistics processes while ensuring Defence regulatory compliance.
Qualifications and Experience:
  • A university degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant logistics engineering experience in complex technical environments.
  • Hands-on experience in logistics support analysis and documentation.
  • Advanced knowledge of integrated logistics systems and maintenance requirement methodologies.
  • Proven leadership skills and ability to deliver technical ILS outputs.
