Service Advisor Opportunity at Southport Mazda

We are seeking an experienced Service Advisor to join our team at Southport Mazda, part of James Frizelle's Automotive Group.

About the Role

This is a full-time opportunity that offers a competitive salary with commissions and a car on offer. The successful candidate will have excellent customer service skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service experience to clients face-to-face.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with customers and employees.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to provide updates.
  • Communicate with internal teams to ensure vehicles are completed and ready on time for customers.
  • Handle customer concerns and complaints in a prompt and solution-based manner.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • A proactive approach to presenting professionally and exceeding customer expectations.
  • Ability to work autonomously but thrive in a team environment.
