We are seeking a highly motivated Logistics & Inventory Coordinator to join our team at ResMed Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective logistics strategies to improve inventory management and reduce costs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth coordination between logistics and inventory management.
  • Communicate with suppliers and customers to ensure product availability and resolve logistical issues.
  • Respond to inquiries regarding shipment statuses and inventory levels.
  • Track shipments, address delays, and ensure on-time delivery.
  • Support inventory checks and maintain accurate stock records.
  • Monitor and audit inventory levels regularly to ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with inventory forecasting and replenishment planning.
  • Help organize and manage warehouse stock, ensuring proper labelling and storage.
  • Support stock rotation based on order demand.
  • Assist with processing orders, including picking, packing, and shipping.
  • Verify order accuracy before dispatch.
  • Prepare and maintain logistics documents (e.g., Dangerous Goods Declarations, shipping labels).
  • Support logistics team in resolving issues with shipments, returns, or damaged goods.
  • Provide administrative support for distribution and operations teams.
  • Assist with maintaining and updating logistics schedules and calendars.
  • Work with teams to ensure smooth implementation and setup, deliver training and support, and monitor progress to ensure customer satisfaction and meet contract requirements for ResMed value-added services, tenders, and contracts.
  • Assist with ad-hoc distribution, logistics, and supply chain projects.
