Chef - Culinary Expert

About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our team at The Victoria Clinic, a 67 patient-bed private psychiatric facility. As a Cook, you will be responsible for food preparation, cooking meals, and understanding various dietary requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Food preparation and cooking meals for patients and staff
• Understanding and implementing dietary requirements for patients
• Ordering and managing food supplies
• Providing excellent customer service to patients, customers, and staff

Requirements:

• Minimum Certificate III in Commercial Cooking or equivalent
• Good working knowledge and understanding of HACCP regulations
• Food Safety Supervisor Certificate
• Available for shifts over a 7-day roster, including weekend work
• Experience in executing all aspects of kitchen operations and food preparation in a hospital or similar catering environment
