Job Title: Warehouse Team Member

Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and organised individual to join our warehouse team. As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our warehouse, working closely with colleagues to achieve business goals.

You will be responsible for picking and packing orders, receiving shipments, counting and putting away stock, maintaining accurate inventory levels, and ensuring a safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Picking & Packing Orders: Assist in fulfilling customer orders with efficiency and accuracy.
  • Stock Control: Receive shipments, count, and put away orders, ensuring accurate inventory levels.
  • Warehouse Organisation: Maintain a clean and organised warehouse environment.
  • Customer Service: Respond to phone calls from retailers and provide excellent customer service.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Customer Service Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Skating Product Knowledge: Familiarity with skate products or willingness to learn.
  • Teamwork: Strong teamwork and collaboration skills.
  • Persistence: Persistence and determination in completing tasks.
