About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our Operations team.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the accurate and timely picking, packing, preparation and shipping of all customer orders. This includes manually picking and packing orders, stacking them onto pallets and ensuring proper staging and identification once an order has been completely picked.

Additionally, the role requires the use of various pieces of equipment, such as manual pallet jacks and counterbalance forklifts, to move pallets and verify quantities and quality of items being shipped.

The Warehouse Order Fulfillment Specialist must also be able to coordinate with other departments, load transport with packed boxes and pallets, identify items with quantity discrepancies and communicate promptly with Supervisor and/or Lead.

Other key responsibilities include complying with all OH&S policies and procedures and performing other duties as required.

Key Skills Required

The successful candidate will possess high risk licence (LF Forklift) and reach truck experience is desirable. They will also need to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently, have excellent interpersonal relationship skills and basic computer and iPad skills.

Furthermore, the ideal candidate will hold a current driver license, have excellent English and communication skills and be able to work independently and as part of a team.

They must also be physically fit and able to lift/carry 25kg without any pre-existing injuries that would impede their role.
