Job Description

The Department of Energy, Mines, Industry Regulation and Safety (DEMIRS) has an exciting opportunity for a dynamic individual to join their team as a Coordinator Executive Support.

This role involves coordinating and managing the day-to-day operations and delivery of business services in the Resource and Environmental Compliance Division.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate and manage the delivery of business services in the Resource and Environmental Compliance Division.
  • Prepare and monitor budgets to ensure effective financial management.
  • Provide administrative support to the team, including human resource management and asset management.
  • Communicate effectively with stakeholders, including strategic and business planning.

The ideal candidate will have experience in coordinating administrative and business support services, including budgeting and financial management. They will also have knowledge of relevant human resource policies and practices, with experience in coordinating human resources matters.

Selection Criteria:
  • Demonstrated experience in coordinating administrative and business support services, including budgeting and financial management.
  • Knowledge of relevant human resource policies and practices, with experience in coordinating human resources matters.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
