Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Senior Commercial Lawyer to join our in-house legal team in Adelaide. As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to provide practical advice and work autonomously as well as part of the broader legal team.

You will be involved in a variety of interesting and challenging matters, including advising on commercial and client contracts, providing ad hoc legal advice across the firm, and assisting with legal, regulatory and compliance matters.

The role requires a minimum of 4 years PQE and demonstrated commercial and corporate experience. Employment law, litigation and regulatory (ASIC) experience will be highly considered, although not essential.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor of Laws and admitted to practice in an Australian State or Territory
  • Minimum 4 years PQE
  • Demonstrated commercial and corporate experience
