As a Program Development Educator, you will play a key role in designing and implementing educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our young learners.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to work collaboratively with our experienced leadership team to develop and implement innovative programs that promote learning and development. You will also be responsible for maintaining high-quality educational standards and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement educational programs that meet the needs of children aged 0-5 years
- Collaborate with colleagues to design and deliver high-quality programs
- Maintain accurate records and reports on child progress and program effectiveness
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and accreditation standards
- Contribute to the development of the Centre's curriculum and policy documents
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education (ACECQA-approved)
- Current NSW Working with Children Check
- Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willingness to obtain)
- Child Protection Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work rotating shifts, Monday to Friday
