About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Casual Educator to join our team at Goodstart Middle Ridge. As a Casual Educator, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality early childhood education and care to our children.
Key Responsibilities:
- Contribute to the development of engaging and challenging educational programs that cater to the diverse needs of our children.
- Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues to create a supportive and inclusive environment.
- Maintain accurate records of children's progress and communicate effectively with parents and caregivers.
- Collaborate with other educators to ensure seamless transitions and continuity of care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance skills and knowledge in early childhood education.
Requirements:
- A Certificate III in Children's Services or equivalent qualification.
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- An understanding of the National Quality Standards and Goodstart's policies and procedures.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
