About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team at SA Health. In this role, you will provide a range of customer service activities including:
- Answering telephone calls in a friendly and efficient manner
- Providing a result enquiry service for clients
- Routing requests for courier pickup and delivery services
- Providing a general enquiry service
About You
- You have excellent communication skills and the ability to handle a high volume of telephone calls.
- You are able to work under limited supervision and have a proven track record of providing quality customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- You possess knowledge of customer service issues and are able to apply your expertise to resolve complex problems.
