Our partnership with the Western Sydney area for the Parramatta Medicare Mental Health Centre enables us to provide a streamlined approach to support better mental health and social wellbeing across the country. This service is tailored to the needs of the community in regional NSW and provides a combination of peer-led recovery and clinical support.

Job Description:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating student placements for the service, maintaining relationships with relevant universities, supporting onboarding and induction processes, and providing task supervision and mentorship where appropriate. They will also lead the development and facilitation of internal clinical education and training for Stride and agency partnership staff, coordinate and lead therapeutic group Community of Practice, and participate in research and evaluation activities as required.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- AHPRA registration as a Psychologist
- Board Approved Supervisor status
- Demonstrated experience and theoretical knowledge in providing education and mentoring to students and staff in a healthcare setting/workplace
- Demonstrated experience and skills in providing clinical/reflective practice supervision
- Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills
