Job Summary

The Business Support Coordinator is a key role within the Barossa Hills Fleurieu Local Health Network, responsible for providing specialist expertise in the management of resources, including human resources, financial management, and project management. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing system processes, coordinating training and development, and providing physical resources to support the services provided by the network.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage human resource management systems, including CHRIS and e-recruitment and onboarding
  • Coordinate training and development programs for staff
  • Provide physical resources, including asset tracking, leases and agreements, acquisition and disposal of assets, motor vehicle fleet and equipment
  • Assist sites with auditing, code exercises, human resource and financial support
  • Provide expert knowledge on resource management to support the services provided by the network
Requirements
  • DHS Working With Children Check (WWCC)
  • DHS National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) Worker Check
  • National Police Certificate (NPC) for employment involving unsupervised contact with vulnerable groups

The successful candidate will be required to work in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines. The role will require strong communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
