Emergency Physician Opportunity

The emergency department at a leading regional health service is seeking a skilled and experienced emergency physician to support the delivery of high-quality patient care, supervision of medical staff, participation in educational and quality improvement activities, representation at interdepartmental meetings, and recruitment and retention of staff.

This pivotal role will involve:

  • Collaborating with the Director of Emergency Medicine to ensure exceptional patient outcomes
  • Providing clinical leadership and guidance to medical staff in the emergency department
  • Engaging in continuous professional development and contributing to quality improvement initiatives
  • Representing the emergency department at strategic meetings and forums
  • Recruiting and retaining top talent to enhance team performance
