Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced professional to lead our national Responsible Business Group, overseeing the development and implementation of our pro bono & community strategy.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a dedicated individual who shares our values of balance, respect, loyalty, and integrity.

You will be responsible for providing overall leadership, management, coordination, and strategic vision for the national Responsible Business Group.

Your duties will include supervision and support of staff, reporting to senior partners on a regular basis, and aligning and supporting wider practice initiatives.

  • Develop and implement pro bono and community programs
  • Build and maintain strategic relationships with external stakeholders
  • Monitor and manage budgets, hours, and costs associated with pro bono work

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to make a real impact and contribute to our mission of promoting access to justice and protecting the rights of vulnerable communities.

Requirements:
  • Legally qualified with at least 7 years of experience
  • Strong passion and/or experience in access to justice, advocacy, or community outreach
  • Excellent organizational and project management skills
  • Effective written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work effectively with internal and external stakeholders
