About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Digital Designer to join our team at T2 Tea. This role is responsible for crafting exceptional brand experiences across our digital touchpoints, including website assets, email communications, in-store digital screens, and social media.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute visually appealing and user-friendly website and CRM visual communication for both campaign and core/business marketing activity.
  • Develop engaging organic and paid social media posts, stories, and advertising assets that align with our brand identity.
  • Create captivating animated digital screen content for in-store displays, optimised for various formats.
  • Oversee the design and execution of wholesale website assets, emails, and social collateral, as well as stockist digital advertising assets.
  • Design and execute third-party marketplace website and advertising assets that meet our high standards.
About You
  • You have a minimum of 2-3 years' experience working within an in-house studio or agency.
  • Relevant tertiary qualifications in Digital Design are essential.
  • You possess expertise in responsive design with a mobile-first approach, proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, After Effects), and familiarity with web interface design software (Figma).
  • You have experience working with 3D rendering and animation software (Blender, Substance) and understanding of HTML and CSS.
  • Your excellent organisational and time management skills enable you to meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment while juggling multiple projects.
About the Opportunity

We offer a competitive salary of $80,000 - $110,000 per annum, commensurate with your experience and qualifications. Additionally, you will enjoy a range of benefits, including:
