Job DescriptionThe successful candidate will lead the development and implementation of an effective educational program that aligns with national learning frameworks. You will work closely with children, families, and your team to ensure that every child feels valued, respected, and supported.
You will embody the Harmony vision, mission, and values, and support the Nominated Supervisor in implementing a holistic approach to care and development. Your expertise will be invaluable in guiding investigation, creativity, and exploration in the children's environment.
We have an exceptional Leadership structure in place, comprising a full-time Centre Director who drives effective center business performance and a full-time Relationship Manager responsible for enrolment management and family engagement.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you will need:
- A Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care or Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved qualification)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to interact with children as confident, capable learners with voices to be respected
