Customer Experience Team Member

  1. Provide excellent interactions with Grays' customers within established procedures.
  2. Develop practical solutions for customer issues, ensuring efficient resolution and high levels of satisfaction.
  3. Manage customer complaints and grievances in a professional manner.
Key Responsibilities:

- Phone-based customer service experience.

- Ability to build rapport and work well within a team environment.

- Strong written and verbal communication skills.

- High-level interpersonal skills, including conflict resolution and negotiation.
