We are seeking a dynamic Sales Assistant to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a memorable shopping experience.

As a Sales Assistant, your primary responsibility will be to provide personalized assistance to our customers. This includes gaining and maintaining up-to-date product knowledge, processing sales, and resolving any customer queries or complaints.

You will work collaboratively with the wider management and store team to achieve Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and targets. Additionally, you will be responsible for supporting your colleagues with ad-hoc tasks, such as visual merchandising setup, store cleanliness, and presentation.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You will also need to be flexible and able to work across various shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on store needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service and create a memorable shopping experience
  • Gain and maintain up-to-date product knowledge
  • Process sales and resolve customer queries or complaints
  • Work collaboratively with the wider management and store team
  • Support colleagues with ad-hoc tasks
Requirements:
  • Customer service experience within retail, hospitality, or a similar industry
  • Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude
  • Able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and able to work across various shifts
