SRG Global is a diversified industrial services company seeking a passionate and innovative sustainability professional to join our team.

This role offers the chance to contribute to the development of strategies and initiatives that enhance environmental practices and promote sustainability across operations in Australia and New Zealand.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Strategic Sustainability: Collaborate with stakeholders to define and implement action plans aligned with values and operations. Develop and deliver SRG Global's sustainability strategy and goals.
  • Environmental Impact: Evaluate and enhance environmental practices by collecting data on energy consumption, waste, and emissions, and working with stakeholders to reduce environmental footprint.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting: Analyze sustainability data to set targets and prepare internal and external reports. Manage carbon and emissions capture application.
  • Compliance Risk Management: Stay updated on relevant legislation, ensure compliance, and provide support for certifications and prequalifications.
Requirements:
  • Previous experience in a sustainability or environmental role.
  • Industry experience in construction, mining, or industrial services (desirable).
  • A degree in environmental management, sustainability, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in sustainability reporting standards (GRI, TCFD, IFRS, SASB, UN SDGs).
  • Financial acumen with an ability to analyze data and documentation with accuracy.
  • Strong negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Communication skills, and excellent organizational abilities.
  • Valid driver's license in Western Australia.
  • Strong computer and systems skills and knowledge.
