The Role

As a Sales Team Associate, you will contribute to profitable sales growth by meeting sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional and consistent customer service.
  • Deliver quality, profitable sales according to an established budget.
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver great customer service and answer customer queries.
  • Ensure all visual merchandise is presented to a high quality standard.
  • Monitor and assist with web orders, including picking stock, wrapping, and organizing delivery in a timely manner.
