We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Rehabilitation Consultant to join our team at Marsh McLennan. As a key member of our rehabilitation services team, you will play a critical role in helping our clients achieve exceptional health outcomes and return to work safely and sustainably.
Key Responsibilities- Client Engagement: Build trust with clients and collaborate with stakeholders to identify and overcome barriers to return to work.
- Assessment and Planning: Conduct thorough assessments and develop personalized plans to achieve safe and sustainable recovery and return to work.
- Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to share expertise and achieve shared goals.
- Service Development: Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our rehabilitation services through our Centres of Excellence.
- Assessment and Reporting: Conduct thorough assessments, including vocational, pre-employment, activities of daily living, workplace, and ergonomic assessments, and provide detailed reports.
- Case Management: Manage client cases and provide ongoing support to ensure successful return to work outcomes.
- Travel and Flexibility: Travel to clients, work from home, and utilize our state-of-the-art office facilities.
- Flexible Work Arrangements: Work full-time or part-time, with flexible delivery options to suit your needs.
- Professional Development: Access to ongoing training and development opportunities to enhance your skills and expertise.
