About the Job

We are seeking a dedicated and driven professional to join our team as an Assistant Boutique Manager. In this pivotal role, you will have the opportunity to lead a high-performing team and contribute to the success of our boutique.


Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee all aspects of boutique operations in conjunction with the Boutique Manager.
  • Inspire, coach, and motivate the team to consistently achieve sales targets and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless, customer-first experience.
  • Support the execution of visual merchandising and stock management processes.
  • Contribute to a positive and collaborative team culture.

About You
  • A minimum of 1-2 years' experience in a role within a retail business is essential.
  • Experience in a senior beauty advisor or assistant manager role is highly desirable.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Strong team player with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Understanding of KPIs and the ability to analyse and report figures.
  • Skin care and management experience is advantageous but not essential.
