Coach Coordinator Role

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Coach Coordinator to join our team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a positive impact in the lives of others.

  • Coordinate and run the Family Coach Program, ensuring participant matching and mentor recruitment.
  • Provide supervision, support, and ongoing training to mentors.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum Diploma level qualification and experience in health, welfare, or teaching.
  • Experience managing a team of workers.
  • Understanding of risk management and duty of care, including Child Protection matters.
